The Engineering Services Section consists of the following units:

Utilities and Permits, Hydraulics, Route Survey, Environmental Permitting and Right-of-Way.   These sections provide expertise to Agency Design Sections, Operations, Municipalities and other State Agencies to advance Agency projects through the Project Development Process.   This section also reviews and permits private development that requires construction or access to Agency right-of-way.
