Right of Way - Plans and Titles
 
This unit is responsible for title abstracting, property owner contacts and all the technical aspects of preparing and maintaining right-of-way plans that clearly depict the land and rights necessary to construct a transportation project.  In addition, this staff provides court liaison coordination and support for fair market value compensation appeals.
