MIDDLEBURY SPUR
FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
STATEMENT
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Vermont
Agency of Transportation (VTrans) have completed this Final
Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) to document the potential
environmental impacts of proposed improvements to the freight
transportation system in the Town of Middlebury, Vermont. The
FEIS has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
