Foreword
This manual represents the Agency's effort to compile its policies into one readily accessible and easy to locate format, in accordance with our Strategic Planning effort. A departure from previous editions, it is located within the Agency's electronic databases and deals only with agency level approved policy as it impacts upon agency business and its employees. Procedure will be left to the Operational Divisions and Sections of the agency, with this manual providing the guidelines. As of the date below, this manual will be the sole source for all Agency level policies.
