VTrans Traffic Impact Study Guidelines: This document is provided as a guideline for Traffic Engineers preparing Traffic Impact Studies to address the traffic impacts that development projects have on the ability of the transportation infrastructure to handle those projects’ demands.  It is also provided as a reference for the Traffic Research Unit and other professional(s) reviewing such analyses.

Automatic Traffic Recorder Station History 1999-2008: Contains AADTs for stations counted by VTrans between 1999 and 2008. Turning Movement Database as of January 15, 2010: This is a catalog of turning movement counts performed by VAOT throughout the state. The raw data for counts in this catalog is available in hard copy by request.  The data is sorted by TOWN, ROUTE, FED AID#, LOCATION and TMDATE in that order.
