Responsibility

Securing the VTrans overall computing environment continues to be a focus for the Network Unit. Staff has installed multiple layers of software and hardware to protect the Agency from ever sophisticated viruses and attempts to breach security. Staff supports 50 networked servers at 24 state-wide sites.
