The State of Vermont, acting through the Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is requesting proposals for the services of a consultant to perform annual automated pavement condition surveys, video logs and ancillary asset information collection, on Vermont’s Interstate, State, Class I Town Highway, and Federal Aid Class II Town Highway road systems.
