NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The CA-82 STANDARD FORM - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND/OR PLANS required to be considered for bidding as a Prime contractor on VTrans projects has changed.  Your attention is directed to Page 2 of the document which includes mandated reporting information.  This information must be filled out as indicated in the instructions for that page in order for the Request to be considered.
