NOTICE TO BIDDERS – ELECTRONIC PLANS AVAILABLE.  Bidders and Suppliers for all projects are hereby notified that electronic plans and proposals will be available as of August 25, 2010.  These plans and proposals will be available through the Agency’s FTP Site and will require a user name and password for viewing and printing.  Please click here for the full Notice To Bidders.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS – PROPOSAL CHANGE. Bidders and Suppliers are hereby notified that beginning September 8, 2010, Contract Administration will be issuing paper proposals, and making proposals available for viewing, under a single format.  “Sample” proposals will no longer be printed and issued, as under mandatory electronic bidding, the distinction between “biddable” and “sample” proposals is no longer required.
