The Agency of Transportation is required by state statute, Act 142 (H.647) 2010 and Act 54 section 32 (H.313) 2009, to provide a public listing of businesses that have been debarred from contracting with the State due to workers compensation violations. The Department of Buildings and General Services has been designated by the Secretary of Administration to maintain the current list of employers that have been debarred.
