What is EDHC?
Through EDHC, we provide a variety of training programs, employment opportunities, and supportive services to Women and Minority Males. We work with participants to:

• Identify barriers and challenges, if any, to working in highway construction;

• Come up with solutions to these barriers; and

• Offer pre-employment training and job placement through these programs:
