1.
How do I sign
up for Direct Deposit? How long before it takes effect?
You will need to fill out this form Employee Request for Payroll Deductions and
fill out Section C, then mail the form to the Payroll Division.
Once your request is received by the Payroll Division, the normal turn around
time to see your check begin Direct Deposit is two paychecks. There is a
pre-note period (a dry run is done using the information you have provided without
any actual money involved) required to insure the accounting information is
accurate, so receipt of your funds is not delayed.
2.
How do I process a Name/Address Change?
You will need to notify your personnel officer of this change in information.
Your Personnel Administrator will have the proper form that needs to filled out.
After you fill this form out your Personnel Administrator will notify your Human
Resource Office and they will notify the Payroll Division with the new information.
3.
How do I assign or change a Beneficiary?
You will need to fill out the form "Employee Request for Payroll Deductions",

you will need to send the form to the Payroll Division.
